Always an event to kick off the holiday season do not miss a chance to catch a glimpse of the holiday window displays which have begun in front of the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores. Galerie Lafayette has a story to tell between a pigeon, Pierre and his belle dove, Coco, set in an amusement park, and the Printemps will have us dreaming on the road.

Don’t forget to give Thanks. As the last Thursday of the month of November is the time for turkey dinner and family gatherings in the US. Here in Paris you can have still have a festive feast, pumpkin pie optional.
